    Job Description

    Position Overview:

    The Asset Management Intern will work largely on project-based assignment supporting our Asset Management function at the company across the U.S. retail platform working across 100+ regional mall properties.

  • Responsibilities

    • Lead a summer long project consisting of reconciling corporate accounts for a specified portfolio of properties

    • Assist Asset Management team with the preparation of materials for internal key stakeholders in our Legal, Accounting and Property Management teams.

    • Assist with account analysis, reconciliations and reporting of tenant and/or property accounts

    • Other duties as assigned

    • High school diploma or GED required

    • Currently enrolled in College or University with graduation between Dec 2026 & May 2027 focusing in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Real Estate

    • Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development

    • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

    • Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical and problem-solving ability

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

    • Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment

    • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as Argus/Dyna software highly preferred
