Responsibilities:

  • This role offers the potential for rotational assignments across Bridge’s Investments, Asset Management, and Investment Management teams, depending on business needs. Candidates will report directly to the appropriate department managers. Primary responsibilities will be to assist in all aspects of the real estate investment lifecycle (Acquisition, Equity Capitalization, Construction and Permanent Debt Placement, Leasing, Disposition).

  • Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following based on the Candidate’s rotational department (Investments, Asset Management, Investment Management):

    • Create and maintain complex models (Excel & Argus) to assist the underwriting process.

    • Coordinate the due diligence process for all acquisition opportunities.

    • Prepare investment memorandums for new acquisitions consisting of market research, financial analysis, and the presentation of investment opportunities.

    • Assist with fund-level reporting and financial modeling to be shared internally and externally with Bridge’s capital partners

    • Coordination of communication and deliverables with Bridge’s capital partners

    • Coordinate internal / external compliance of all requirements for closing and funding of transactions.

    • Assist in the operations, leasing and disposition of portfolio assists.

  • Required Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • 2+ years of experience in real estate investment, real estate capital markets, investment banking, valuation, consulting, or related disciplines.

    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Proficient in all other Microsoft Office products. Argus experience preferred.

    • Experience in financial modeling, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

    • General knowledge of the real estate industry.
