Main Responsibilities

  • Review, prepare and make recommendations for releases from all escrows to include replacement reserve, repairs, and insurance losses

  • Establish Welcome Email Events in servicing system for new loans

  • Analyze financials statements

  • Assist in the collection and review of due diligence material

  • Coordinate and track vendor billing, disbursement, closings, and the close out of transaction requests

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Education

    • Students in their junior or senior year of college. Graduating in 2026 or 2027.

    Computer Skills

    • Intermediate working knowledge of Word and Excel.
