Main Responsibilities
Review, prepare and make recommendations for releases from all escrows to include replacement reserve, repairs, and insurance losses
Establish Welcome Email Events in servicing system for new loans
Analyze financials statements
Assist in the collection and review of due diligence material
Coordinate and track vendor billing, disbursement, closings, and the close out of transaction requests
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude.
Education
Students in their junior or senior year of college. Graduating in 2026 or 2027.
Computer Skills
Intermediate working knowledge of Word and Excel.
