Our History
Founded in 2024 at the University of Michigan, Rho Epsilon Iota began with a chance meeting between Ashlyn Elwood and Simran Guliani in Math 105. Both passionate about real estate, they recognized a lack of opportunities for young adults to explore the field and build connections.
Determined to fill this gap, they established Rho Epsilon Iota as a space for students to deepen their knowledge and foster a supportive network. Today, we are a vibrant community dedicated to empowering future leaders in real estate.
